Excellent location and one of the best services I have received in a while from the front desk staff (I believe his name was Adrian) The room was perfect and very comfortable and nicely updated. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to have breakfast at this hotel but my colleague had and was very impressed. Please keep up the good work. Thank you!!!
I stayed here for Business. The rooms were clean and well kept. There is a sitting area in door and out doors. Both are fairly nice and relaxing. There are several food options within walking distance and a dining option within the hotel.
Excellent and comfortable hotel with a free shuttle to the airport
Great staff, the breakfast was amazing a cook there to make omelets and tacos. And all kinds of choices. The happy hour is great too. I can not emphasize how great this place was. I don't speak Spanish fluently and most of the staff were able to communicate with me and that was a lot. I felt safe in every way. Pool is just right for the hot days.
Nice rooms. Could be more usb plugs, outlets. But clean, comfortable and convenient to airport. Unfortunately tons of traffic and construction nearby. Room service was good, affordable. Beef fajitas. Asked for extra chips and salsa and glass of ice. Never got those. But was still a good, flavorful beef.
Had to stay here because of an error on the part of Viva Aerobus. The front office staff was exceptionally polite & helpful and kept the restaurant open a little longer so I could eat despite the late check-in. The room was neat, the bathroom was modern and fully functional. It was minutes from the Monterrey Airport. If you have to stay in Monterrey, stay here!
The place is great. I've stayed here three times for business now. Breakfast is awesome. Dinner is good too at the hotel. Other restaurants are within walking distance with great food also. The service is top notch. They helped me with a stay at an inferior hotel getting my statements from them. They have even helped me recover my wallet after leaving it in a cab.
This is about 10mins from the airport. It's right in the heart of the city. A lot great restaurants nearby and there one inside the hotel too. Your options are minimal but guaranteed great food. Rooms were very clean, a thing for Marriott hotel.
